Although I always try to eat a home cooked meals, sometimes my schedule is so crazy that I don’t have the time to prepare a proper lunch. At the same time, I still want to have something healthy but quick. So, my go to meals in these cases are veggie wraps. The best part is that you can be as creative as you want to be; or you can use some left over veggies that you are not really sure what to do with them. Below I am sharing my 3 favorite choices (for all I use either gluten-free or normal wraps):
Tomato sauce wrap – this one I make only in the case we already have homemade tomato sauce)

- add some tomato sauce
- grated zucchini and carrot
- half avocado
- hemp seeds
- salt and black pepper
Tomato avocado wrap

- half tomato
- half avocado
- lamb’s lettuce or arugula
- hemp seeds
- salt & black pepper
Veggies avocado wrap

- grated zucchini and carrot & diced yellow pepper tossed in dressing of apple vinegar and a drop of sesame oil
- half avocado
- sprouts
- salt and black pepper
These are super easy to make, and at the same time yummy and healthy.
Bon appetite
Anna
